Details

Many industrial environments prohibit the use of standard equipment, due to explosive, flammable or other hazardous conditions. Many of these situations require equipment that is Intrinsically Safe for use in Explosive Environments. The ArlynGuard P is Intrinsically Safe for use in many hazardous area classes, divisions and groups.

New Features

ArlynGuard scales can now be configured in multiple ways to meet the needs of specific applications. AC Powered Systems are now available (see Configuration #2). Secondary Safe Area display as well as "no display" configurations are also available. These and other configurations are illustrated here. Contact us at (800) 645-4301 for more details.

Intrinsically Safe

Class I, II, III, Division 1, Groups A, B, C, D, E, F & G Class I, Zone 0, AEx ia IIC (T3 Ta=60C) Indoor Hazardous (Classified) Locations. Nonincendive for use in Class I, Division 2, Groups A, B, C and D Suitable for use in Class II, Division 2, Groups F & G, Class III, Division 2 indoor Hazardous (Classified) Locations.

High Precision

Capacities range up to 1000 lb. Sensitivity is available as high as 0.1 lb. The internal resolution of the scale is 1 part of 500,000.

Easy to Use

The large graphical LCD digital display is provided with a stainless steel swivel mount. Front panel functions are used for automatic and keyboard tare with more than 100 memory locations, net /gross, zero, and multiple units conversion (lb, kg, oz, troy, etc.). Display mode indicators.

Many Alternate Sizes Available

The load cells are fabricated from special heat treated stainless steel alloy. Platforms are constructed from welded aluminum or optional stainless steel. Many other sizes are also available from the factory.

Enhanced Options

Advanced options, features and outputs such as USB Data Logging, Modbus, Ethernet/Wi-Fi, Integration with Google Spreadsheets, Cloud Monitoring and others are available with Safe Area Configurations. Check out the Upgrades Table below for a list of options we offer.
